Left Lane

As a result of laziness and slippery slidewalks I ventured to Ye Old Mocha Shoppe. I haven’t been there in over a month. When I walked in, I saw (you guessed it) flavors on the wall. Not just any flavors, mind you. They had a green, shiny bottle of mint flavoring that I casually gawked at while I made my order. Nervously I said, “Can I have mint in that?” This was done as casually as possible, to not to let on to my inner excitement. I took my coffee, posted a business card on the bulletin board, and took a sip facing the exit.

Pure bliss.
