					<description>The answer is simple. It was called &quot;Powerbook&quot; because it used PowerPC arquitecture from IBM. Since they cut the deal and started to use Intel, they could not use the word &quot;power&quot; because of copyright issues. So they had to come with a new name and choosed the word &quot;mac&quot; to give a closer apreoach to the brand. Believe me, for what I saw, this is a huge step for the Apple notebooks.</description>
