Kung Pao Your Problems Away

The Chinese food place down the street just got a lot more appealing.

A few weeks ago, I was sick and I had to get lunch for myself. I wondered aloud what I would get to eat. My officemate Dave suggested that I head down to the Chinese place and check out their Kung Pao chicken. He raved about it, so I had to try it.

People had suggested zinc, orange juice, and other remedies for my cold. They never worked. The Kung Pao, however, knocked the cold virus right out of me. I was better within 24 hours, three days into my cold.

Pat likes his chicken spicy.

Mmmm, that looks good. I keep clicking on it, hoping it will become real (or at the very least, up will pop a larger image), but no luck.

The big image is up. Served fresh for Daniel.

That looks mighty tasty! Maybe I should find some, knock this cold out of my system!

Tom: It worked, seriously. Try it white rice instead of fried and white meat chicken instead of dark/mixed, it’s healthier and tastes better in my opinion.

Who would have thought that Kung Pao chicken had curative properties? I don’t know what to believe anymore!

Man, if I had only known this a few weeks ago, I could’ve saved money on Sudafed and orange juice. Where were you then, Pat?

Patrick: If it makes you feel any better, I’m still fighting off the effects of that cold to this day. Another round of Kung Pao today and it’s clearing up. Ancient Chinese secret.

Sure, you might have felt better after eating the Kung Pao, but did you ever think of how your actions might affect your office mates?
